What is the VIP Day Playbook? +

The Playbook is where we coordinate your goals and all the details I need to make them reality. It sets priorities, avoids surprises, and ensures I spend my time in your Simplero building, not backtracking. It isn’t just a prep step - it’s the difference between a day that delivers and a day that derails.

What happens if we don't finish everything on my list during the VIP Day? +

We'll prioritize your most important items during our kickoff call to ensure the essentials get done first. If we don't complete everything on your wish list, you have options! You have one bonus post-VIP work hour you can use for something important. And/or, you can book another VIP day or half day, depending on how much work still needs to be done. Rest assured, most clients are surprised by how much we accomplish in one focused day.

Do I need to be available the entire VIP Day? +

No, you don't need to sit at your computer all day! However, you do need to pay attention to our specified messaging platform to answer questions and provide feedback. Quick responses keep the momentum going, so I recommend having your notifications on and checking messages at least every hour throughout our day.

How do we communicate during the VIP Day? +

During our Kickoff call, we'll agree on an instant messaging platform for quick communication throughout the day. This allows me to share updates, ask questions, and get your feedback without interrupting my workflow with scheduled calls.

What if I need changes after the VIP Day is complete? +

Your VIP Day includes one bonus hour of work plus 30 days of follow-up support for exactly this reason! If you notice something that needs adjusting or have questions about what we've implemented, simply send me an email. For substantial changes or new features, you can book another full or half VIP day.

What if I book a date but don’t have my pre-work ready in time? +

You can reschedule your VIP date at least 7 days before the date up to 3 times. Just remember, the VIP day must be used within 90 days of the original booking date.

Do I need to know Simplero already to book a VIP Day? +

Not at all! Whether you're brand new to Simplero or have been using it for years, a VIP Day works well. If you're new, I'll handle the technical implementation and provide tutorials to help you understand how to use what we build. If you're experienced, we can focus on optimizing and expanding your existing setup.

What if I already have a Simplero account but it needs optimization? +

VIP Days are perfect for Simplero optimization! In fact, many of my clients are established Simplero users looking to improve their setup, add new features, or fix issues. For optimization projects, we'll do a thorough review of your current setup during our kickoff call to identify priorities and opportunities for improvement.

What's included in the post-VIP support? +

Your post-VIP Day support includes one hour of work for tweaks or revisions plus email assistance for any questions about what we've implemented during your VIP Day. This covers troubleshooting issues, answering usage questions, and making minor tweaks to ensure everything works perfectly. I can also create short tutorial videos explaining specific features we've set up so you know exactly how to use them.

How far in advance should I book my VIP Day? +

I typically recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. This gives us time for the kickoff call and pre-work completion without feeling rushed. However, if you have an urgent need, I occasionally have last-minute availability - just reach out and ask!

What happens during the kickoff call before the VIP Day? +

Our kickoff call is where we get crystal clear on your project goals, prioritize your wish list, and answer any questions about the process. We'll review your pre-work, ensure I have all necessary access, and make sure we’re on the same page for your VIP Day. This call typically happens 3-5 days before your VIP Day, giving you time to gather any additional materials we identify during our discussion.

Can I split my VIP Day across multiple days? +

VIP Days are designed as about 8 consecutive hours on a single day to maintain momentum and focus. For most projects, the single-day approach yields the best results as we can leverage momentum without context-switching. However, if you have additional work that needs to be done after your VIP day, you can book a half-VIP day to take care of it.

Do you offer half-day options? +

For smaller projects or focused tasks, I offer half-day VIP sessions. Half-days work well for specific implementations like setting up a single automation sequence, optimizing a sales page, or configuring a simple lead generation funnel. The process is similar to full-day VIPs, just condensed. However, note that the Half-VIP Day post-support is limited 14 days and does not include the extra hour of post-VIP day work.

What kind of preparation do I need to do before the VIP Day? +

After booking, you'll receive your Client Workbook where you’ll share your wish list. After you submit it, I’ll provide a detailed checklist customized to your project. Depending on what we’re working on, you'll need to gather logins, possibly branding elements (colors, fonts, logos), content outlines, pricing details, automation specifics, any specific preferences, etc. The more thorough your preparation, the more we can accomplish during our day. Don't worry - I'll guide you through exactly what's needed during our kickoff call.

Do you offer ongoing retainers? +

Right now, I’m not taking on new monthly retainer clients.

I’ve shifted my focus to VIP Days so I can give each project my full attention and deliver high-quality results quickly and efficiently. If you know you’ll need ongoing support, you’re welcome to book recurring VIP Days (full or half) as needed.

I do still work with a few long-term retainer clients, but those spots are currently full. If any open up in the future, they’ll be offered first to past VIP Day clients - because by then, we’ll already know we’re a good fit and have systems in place.

But honestly? With a little planning ahead, recurring VIP Days can get you very close to the results you’d expect from a retainer - just in focused, get-it-done sessions that don’t waste your time.

What about hourly packages? +

I no longer offer blocks of hours to be used over time. Instead, I've found that focused VIP Days are a much more effective way to get things done - and done well.

When you book a full VIP Day, you're getting around 8 hours of dedicated work time, plus prep beforehand and support after your day is done.

For smaller projects, a half VIP Day might be just the right fit - and it still includes the same prep and post-day support.

Please book a VIP Day! Many clients start with one of my smaller services and then upgrade once they know they want hands-on help implementing everything we’ve discussed.

Due to the nature of my services and products (either time-based and custom-tailored or instant access and digital downloads), all sales are final. That said, I do everything I can to ensure you feel fully supported and confident throughout our work together.
